RUBBER PRODUCTS

The rubber vulcanization process allows for the creation of an elastic compound, resistant to abrasion and especially to tensile forces, which is then introduced into the production process to manufacture products and consumer goods.

These structural modifications allow vulcanized rubber to degrade less easily due to wear—such as car tires during constant rolling on asphalt—and to be significantly more resistant to weathering than natural rubber.

Some examples of technical vulcanized rubber items include:

  • Flanges
  • Soles
  • Heels for ski boots
  • Gardening wheels
  • Ecc.

Our products are made through hot injection moulding on moulds which, combined with dedicated compounds, make them highly efficient for their intended applications.
These items provide exceptional:

  • Elasticity, elongation at break, and abrasion resistance
  • Resistance to chemicals
  • Resistance to atmospheric agents
  • Long-term retention of required physical-chemical characteristics
